Workshops

Fight Back SA volunteers avail themselves to teach women and children several self-defence principles, including anti-hijacking, anti-abduction, hand-to-hand combat, disarming of weapons and how to break out of a chokehold on the ground (anti-rape). These workshops are run in communities where crime rates are at their peak.

Contact us today to book a corporate workshop for your staff, to sponsor a free Fight Back SA self defence class in a sister community where women would love to learn it.

To find out more about our community and corporate offerings, complete the form below and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

What we can't do:

We unfortunately cannot assist with general GBV related-enquiries or cases. Our sole focus and expertise is in the provision of self-defence workshops which keeps us incredibly busy. There are, however, other brilliant NPO’s of exceptionally high calibre that can help anyone you know who might need a hand.

Our good friends at SA Women Fight Back can be contacted via email for general enquiries and issues via bronwynmlitkie@gmail.com
